Linda J. Krebs, DDS, PhD
Melissa
Scheduling and Accounts Coordinator: Melissa is dedicated to helping patients with every step of their visits from making patients feel welcome and comfortable, scheduling their appointments, to processing their insurance claims. She attended Northeastern University where she earned a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration. Melissa is a team player and is always willing to drop what she is doing to help out a teammate or a patient. When not working, Melissa enjoys baking, traveling and spending time with her family.
Kourtnie
Treatment Coordinator: Kourtnie has the pleasure of being the first friendly face to welcome you into our office. She helps to guide new patients through the initial consultation and getting started with any needed orthodontic treatment. She also researches insurance benefits and helps our office coordinate with your other dental providers.
Kourtnie had orthodontic treatment as a teen and has been fascinated by orthodontics ever since. She has been working in the orthodontic field for a few years and has loved every minute of it! She says that the best part of her job is “seeing the truly amazing transformations in our patient’s smiles and the extra boost of confidence their new smile brings them.”
Karen
Orthodontic Assistant
Karen is a gentle and experienced orthodontic assistant. She has been working in orthodontics for over 30+ years. She loves meeting and interacting with all of the patients and watching their smiles transform throughout their treatment.
She lives in Chelmsford, MA with her husband, Joe. In her spare time, she enjoys camping, arts and crafts and especially scrap-booking. She loves days at the beach and spending time with her two daughters, son-in-laws and her growing brood of grandchildren.
Erin
Orthodontic Assistant
Erin has been working in the dental field for almost a decade, with 7 years of experience as an orthodontic assistant. She is experienced in all aspects of patient care and loves working with and getting to know the patients. She enjoys the opportunity to help patients through their orthodontic treatment and to help patients and parents of patients understand their treatment.
Erin loves being a mother to her son and to her 2 dogs and 2 cats. She loves the outdoors and camping.
Cheryl – Recently Retired
Cheryl is embarking on a new chapter in her life, spending time with her grandchildren and planning to enjoy some warmer weather with her husband this winter. We wish her much happiness and we will miss seeing her each day.
Kim – Recently Retired
Kim has been planning to move to the Carolina’s with her husband to be closer to her two children and their families. This long term plan has now come to fruition. We wish Kim and her family all of the best as they embark on this new chapter. She will be missed!
